We are currently in the Early-bird Registration period, through September 15, 2026. Early-bird registrants receive a special WITESOL swag item with their registration!

Are you registering with others from your school or district? If so, please request our group registration discount. For groups of at least five, you can receive one complimentary registration. Ex. If you are all full-time professionals registering on October 1, the cost would be $125 per person, or a total of $625. However, with the group discount, you will only have to pay $500 total. Registration Rates

Please make sure that you select the appropriate registration category and please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unsure of your membership status, please email our registration team at witesolreg@gmail.com.  

Once we have your details via this form, you will need to pay the registration fee by credit card or via PayPal. The links for payment are at the end of the registration form. Registration is not complete until we receive your details AND your payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Am I considered a part-time or full-time employee?
   • You are considered a part-time professional if you earn less than $35,000 per year, and are not getting financial support to attend or present at the conference.
2. Can I register someone else for the conference?
   • Yes. As long as you have their information, you can register someone else. Please ensure their email address is correct to receive the confirmation of registration and payment. In addition, indicate the name on the credit card you use to pay to make it easier for us to link the payment to the correct person registered.
3. Which type of registration should I choose if I am retired?
   • You should register at the part-time employee rate.
4. Am I considered a full-time student?
   • You are considered a full-time student if you are currently enrolled in twelve credits or more at a university AND earn less than $35,000 per year. Proof of university enrollment is required upon registering for the conference as noted in the registration form.
5. Can I have my school register me?
   • Yes. Someone at your school can register you with your information. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive the confirmation of registration and payment. In addition, the person registering you should indicate the name on the credit card used to pay, which makes it easier for us to link the payment to your registration.
6. Is my registration fee refundable if I can’t attend the conference?
   • No. Registration is non-refundable.
7. Can I give my registration to someone else if I can’t attend the conference?
   • No. Registration is non-transferable.
8. Is there a group discount?
   • Yes. If you are registering with four other people (a total of at least five people in your group), you can receive one complimentary registration. Ex. If you are all full-time professionals registering on October 1, the cost would be $125 per person, or a total of $625. However, with the group discount, you will only have to pay $500 total.
