Thank you for your interest in the 2025 WITESOL Fall Conference!
This page is dedicated to the registration process for the WITESOL 2025 Fall Conference which will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Verona Area High School in Verona, Wisconsin. This year’s conference theme is Stronger Together: Empowering Educators to Support Multilingual Learners. Please note that the registration form contains payment information.
Please make sure that you select the appropriate registration category and keep in mind that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. You can read about the different registration categories below.
Once we have your details, you will be need to pay the registration fee with a credit card, debit card or via PayPal. Registration is not complete until we receive your details AND your payment.
Registration fee includes access to all conference events, breakfast and lunch. For those who select the registration option that includes WITESOL membership, you will also receive a one year membership to the organization.
Once we have both your details AND payment, you will be sent a confirmation email within 48 business hours. If you do not receive it within 48 hours of submitting, please contact us at witesolreg@gmail.com as we are probably either missing your payment or the registration form. Full-time students will also need to submit proof of being enrolled in an institution full-time.
Full-time Professionals
You are considered a full-time professional if you earn over $35,000 per year, or are being financially supported to attend or present at the conference.
Conference Registration for Current Active Member as of 11/8/25: $105
Conference Registration with One-Year Membership Included: $135
Conference Registration without Membership: $150
Part-time Professionals/Retirees
You are considered a part-time professional if you earn less than $35,000 per year, and are not getting financial support to attend or present at the conference.

Conference Registration without Membership: $110
Full-time Students
You are considered a full-time student if you are currently enrolled in twelve credits or more at a university and earn less than $35,000 per year. Proof of university enrollment is required upon registering for the conference.

What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access to all conference events, continental breakfast and lunch. For those who select the registration option that includes WITESOL membership, you will also receive a one year membership to the organization. For those registering during the Early Bird Registration window, you will also be able to receive a complimentary WITESOL swag item. Early Bird registration ends August 31st.
How will I know if my registration information and payment were received?
Once we have both your details AND payment, you will be sent a confirmation email within 48 business hours. If you do not receive it within 48 hours of submitting, please contact us at witesolreg@gmail.com.
Is my WITESOL membership still valid?
Membership must be renewed annually from the date of original membership enrollment. If you have questions about your membership, including when it expires, please contact us at witesolreg@gmail.com. Membership must be current as of November 8th to receive the reduced “current member” registration rate.
What do I get with a WITESOL Membership?

What are the recommended overnight accommodations for the event? A block of rooms has been set aside at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison Verona (613 W Verona Ave, Verona, WI 53593). Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No. Once you have purchased a ticket, you may not transfer it to another person.
Do I have to bring my printed confirmation email/ticket to the event?
You can either print the registration confirmation email or bring a device that will show the confirmation email.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds.
The name on the confirmation email/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. The name on the ticket must match the name of the attendee. Tickets may not be transferred.
